    • Healthy Eating - interactive workshops discussing how the food we eat affects our mood, superfoods, food swaps & more!

    • Creative arts - have fun and express yourself through art, dance, paint & more!

    • 1-2-1 Personal Training (4 week minimum term)

    • Nutrition planning (4 week minimum term)

    • Move 'n' Groove - Fitness and Wellbeing for children and young people

    • Staff wellbeing - exercise & nutrition programmes to keep staff fit, healthy and at work as oppose to off sick!

    • Thrive - Fitness & Wellbeing for adults and seniors

    • Weight loss & tone
