Press Release: MissAdventure Girls Cycling Project

We are absolutely delighted to announce that we will be hosting a fantastic “Missadventure” Girls Cycling Project, available for girls aged 11-16 years old in the Birmingham area. 

Launching on the week commencing 11th April (during the Easter Holidays) the Missadventure Girls Cycling project aims to help girls to:

Learn and develop skills to become a competent and confident cyclist

Assist in changing the narrative that cycling is just for boys/men!

Improve their fitness levels and overall health and wellbeing

Have access to opportunities to participate in regular cycle outings

Participate in fun excursions and day trips

Have an opportunity to make their own smoothie on one of our amazing smoothie bikes!


Shamala Antonio, Founder and Managing Director says:

“We are delighted to be delivering this fantastic project which is all about helping girls to become confident cyclists. At Impact 4Life we love helping young people improve their skills, grow in confidence and develop their fitness and overall wellbeing and we are looking forward to providing lots of new and fun experiences!”
